Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation or using the services and facilities of Sivora Hills – Luxury Retreat, guests agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Sivora Hills. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required advance or full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued by Sivora Hills. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information.

2. Rates & Payments

All rates are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Rates, packages, promotions and special offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time for bookings that have not already been confirmed. Additional meals, beverages, decorations, services or other extras that are not specifically included in the confirmed package will be charged separately.

3. Arrival & Departure Times

Guests must follow the arrival and departure times applicable to their confirmed package:

• Day Escape: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Day Escape Plus: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Night Escape: 6:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Night Escape Plus: 6:00 PM–9:00 AM
• Day + Night Extended: 10:00 AM–9:00 AM the following day
• Honeymoon Premium Package: 10:00 AM–9:00 AM the following day

Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and prior approval and may incur an additional charge.

4. Guest Identification

Sivora Hills reserves the right to request valid identification from guests at check-in for verification, security and legal compliance purposes.

5. Occupancy & Visitors

Rates and packages advertised for two guests are valid for a maximum of two guests unless otherwise confirmed by Sivora Hills. Additional guests or visitors require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.

6. Property & Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to use the suite, jacuzzi, balconies, elevated deck, furniture, appliances and all other facilities responsibly. Guests may be charged for damage, breakage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from negligence, misuse or deliberate acts during their stay.

Illegal activities, excessive disturbance, dangerous behaviour or conduct that may affect the safety, privacy or comfort of others are strictly prohibited. Sivora Hills reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct, illegal activity, deliberate property damage or material violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.

7. Jacuzzi, Deck & Outdoor Facilities

Guests use the jacuzzi, balconies, elevated deck and other outdoor facilities responsibly and must follow any safety instructions provided by Sivora Hills. Children, where permitted, must remain under appropriate adult supervision.

8. Food & Dining

Dining arrangements and meal selections are subject to availability. Guests should inform Sivora Hills in advance of any known food allergies or dietary requirements. While reasonable care will be taken, Sivora Hills cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free food preparation environment.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Sivora Hills will take reasonable measures to provide a secure environment but cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where liability is imposed by applicable law.

10. Photography & Privacy

Personal photography is permitted for normal private use. Professional photography, commercial productions, advertising shoots or other commercial use of the property requires prior approval from Sivora Hills. Sivora Hills respects guest privacy and will not intentionally publish identifiable guest photographs for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

Sivora Hills will make reasonable efforts to provide all confirmed facilities and services. Certain facilities or services may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, power or water interruptions, severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where a material part of a confirmed reservation cannot be provided, Sivora Hills will endeavour to provide a reasonable alternative, rescheduling option or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

12. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the Sivora Hills Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.

13. Third-Party Reservations

Bookings made through third-party platforms may also be subject to the terms, payment conditions and cancellation policies accepted through the relevant platform.

14. Changes to These Terms

Sivora Hills may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
